The working process, stage by stage.
Voice study
Before a word is drafted, your writer reads everything you have already written and records two long conversations. The goal is your cadence — the way you actually build a sentence.
Outline lock
You get a chapter map with the argument or arc of each one. Nothing is drafted until you sign off, which is what keeps rewrites rare.
Weekly chapters
Drafts arrive on a fixed day. You react in the margins; your writer folds those notes into the next pass instead of saving them for the end.
Full-draft edit
Once the manuscript is whole, a separate structural editor reads it cold and flags anything that sags. Then it goes to the editing desk.

Whose name goes on the cover?
Yours, alone. Our writers work under NDA and hold no claim to the byline, the copyright, or the royalties. If you would like to credit your writer in the acknowledgements, that is entirely your call.
How much of my time does this take?
Roughly two hours a week for the first eight to ten weeks, then a lighter review rhythm. Interviews happen on your schedule, including evenings and weekends across time zones.
What if I have already written half of it?
Even better. We audit what exists, keep everything that works, and quote only for the gap. Partial manuscripts usually land at the lower end of the range.
